No prior experience required. The workshop is gentle, non-competitive, and accessible to a wide range of bodies and fitness levels. Attendees should be able to independently go up and down a flight of stairs.

Includes access to lesson recordings post workshop. This workshop is in Hybrid format, so as well as in-person, online participation via the platform Zoom is also possible.

  • Using small, guided movements—mostly done sitting or lying down—you’ll explore everyday habits and discover easier, more efficient ways to use your body, without stretching, forcing, or “correcting” posture.

    The workshop is gentle, non-competitive, and accessible to a wide range of bodies and fitness levels. Movements are small, slow, and guided verbally, and participants work within their own comfort range.
